We love the Ocean Sands area because it’s close enough to all the things we need, yet far enough away from the noise and congestion to provide a quiet and restful atmosphere. The scenery is beautiful with the sound of the ocean providing a soothing background.  The little “waterway” adjacent to our property provides unique glimpses of otter, turtles, heron, deer and whatever other fauna may visit the area.

We are somewhat new home-owners (since summer of 2008) and would like to make your stay as nice as possible. 
Each year we make some changes and improvements – we would love your comments and suggestions to make your stay most comfortable!

The first year we worked on the siding and have replaced all sides of the house with cementboard siding and all new and larger windows has been installed.   The carpets in the four bedrooms with pergo flooring and added engineered wood flooring in the living and dining room area. 

The upper deck and staircase has recently been replaced, but the best improvement was the new kitchen cabinets, sink and granite counters.  There is also a new electric range - oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.  The kitchen has just about everything you could possible need.

Lots of other improvements, like fresh interior paint, new decor, furniture for the screen room, new washer, new heat pump on the top level, expanded and painted the outside shower, all new bedding...the list goes on.  The house is very clean and well kept and we are pretty sure you will enjoy all the improvements as well.  

We also added a basket ball hoop and best of all, a 24' x 12' Salt water pool including a nice area for you to hang out and enjoy the sun and the pool. New Hot Tub was added for 2019. 

 

Tennis Courts are Located in Section G,H,I of Ocean Sands.  If walking, walk down Sea Mist Lane to stop sign and walk straight toward the lake, which is visible at that point.  Walk around the lake to the right.  The courts are located on the south side of the lake.
